Travel Coming Soo

Happy Early Holidays!

‘We Go?’

I’m leaving Zambia to chase utopia in countries that have been tucked away on a ‘wish list’ in the pages of my journal.

My life’s theme for 2015 has been ‘The Year of Manifesting Dreams’ .  Earlier this year, I drew country names from a hat and ended up in Jamaica living amongst the people of Canaan, farming, and hosting a children’s book project; Mid-year, I moved across the globe from New York City  to Lusaka, Zambia; and now I’m closing the year traveling to South Africa and Ghana.  Come with me as I voyage into 2016 honoring God, express gratitude for the happenings of the year, and delve into my inner explorer.

The 7,000 mile journey begins tomorrow!  For my first stop I will spend time in Cape Town, South Africa doing all things nature, and connecting with spaces inhabited by Nelson Mandela and other Freedom Fighters.  Next, I will head west to the first African country that I ever loved, Ghana.

I welcome your prayers and messages of comfort as I travel.   Be on the lookout for photos and stories in the Travel section of Tribes of Kenya upon my return to Zambia in 2016.

I wish you Health, Happiness, and Love without condition during the holiday season.

Warmly,
KENYA

Hi Kenya! You are so inspiring and I am so proud of all that you have accomplished. I can’t wait to read more about your journey to SA. I’ve always wanted to visit, but never can seem to find the right time. 🙂
